VERY UGLY PLATES

Kamila Majcher a Berlin-based artist creating 'Very Ugly Plates'. Almost every single item is inspired by a real-life story. Some are drawn from the frivolous antics of my best friend, who also happens to act as the editor-in-chief for a selection of her favorite plate captions. Others are often prompted by overheard gossip, urban observations, or simply her state of mind at the time. "As it turns out, my most inspiring emotional state is that of disappointment" Kamila said.

The main goal of these plates is to surprise people and make them laugh.
